Modern looks and comfort to boot, the Colorado is a roomy, high back suite featuring recliners, sprung seats, and accessible back cushions for easy maintenance. Available as a standard suite, Home Theatre Lounge, and a Corner Modular.

The Colorado's Recliners are full recliners so that you can lean back as far as you like, almost to the laying down position. The seat size on the 2.5 seater, Home Theatre and the Corner modular are all overiszed for extra comfort.

Comfort Living makes lounges to order, so you can make the Colorado with any configuration of seats, in fact the options are virtually limitless.

Colorado Construction:  

Frame: Internal framing uses solid Hardwood which is nailed and glued. Arms and kick boards use strong Hardwood Ply. We do not use Chipboard.
Cushioning: Quality Medium Feel Full Foam seat cushion. Back cushions are full fibre fill for pillowie softness, and are velcroed for easy removal for maintenance (except Corner Version cushions are fixed).
Support: 2 types of support are used - Steel springs go from front to the back of the seat cushion while webbing is used from side to side.
Recliner Mechanism: A quality steel framed mechanism with an occupant weight limit of 110kgs.
Warranty:  
All Comfort Living lounges are covered by a 5 Year Limited Warranty as below:
Frame - 5 years, Seat Cushion and Support - 3 Years, Recliner Mechanism - 3 Years, Fabric & Leather - 12 Months

Try Before You Buy:  
The Colorado is on display in our Factory Showroom at Chipping Norton (Near Liverpool). You are welcome to pop in and try it out for comfort, and build quality anytime during our business hours. We also have all of the fabric and leather samples available, and if you require, we can give you a cutting to take home. Click Here to find our Address and Directions.
Delivery Time:  
Your made to order lounge would be ready in just 6-7 weeks. We are the manufacturer so we can control the production times, unlike others who quote short times to get orders, and then end up delaying by weeks or months! So, why would you settle for something that would just make do, rather than a lounge you really want? When your lounge is ready, we can deliver to your home in Sydney for as little as $70 and we unpack and set the lounge up as well. We also deliver to the Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Central Coast & Newcastle. If you are outside those areas or interstate we can obtain a quote for you for delivery to your area.

Placing an Order:  
We have 3 ways

2. Call our consultants on 02 9726 9010 especially if you need a special configuration, or
3. Visit our Showroom.
A 20% deposit is required to get your order underway. The balance is payable either upon delivery or on pickup. We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa ,Mastercard or a Direct Deposit. Note: Deposits must be cleared.
Colorado Frequently Asked Questions:  
Q: Can All the recliners be made Powered / Electric?
A: Yes they can. To change a standard recliner to powered, simply add $150 for each recliner you would like to change.
Q: Why are the prices so cheap? You can't sell real leather for those prices.
A: We are the Manufacturer, and the Wholesaler, so when you buy directly from us, the prices are missing the FAT Retail Margin. So, Yes we can sell real leather for our prices, our Top Grain Leather has been tested and certified in Australia to comply with the AFRDI 146 leather standard. This leather standard is considered one of the most respected in the world today.
Q: Can you have the Corner version with a Recliner at the end instead of a Chaise?
A: Yes you can. There is no difference in the price for this change.
