Yes you read right, we don't just dump your order on your door step or in your room, we actually spend the time to unpack, and install your new lounge. The only thing we ask of you is that the area is clear and to dispose of the packing.


Frequently asked delivery questions:

Q: How do I know when my Lounge delivery will occur?
A: We have so many different options and configurations available, we have to make the lounges to order. Once your new lounge is ready, we will either call or text to advise completion and the delivery date. We will then contact you again the day before delivery to advise a delivery window. If the day or time is not convenient, we can try to re-schedule the delivery day.

Q: Can you deliver upstairs or is it just to the ground floor?
A: We can deliver upstairs; however, an additional charge will apply. Depending on the difficulty, the delivery team will advise the additional charge onsite. The additional charge covers the extra time and effort required to move the items upstairs, instead of a simple ground floor delivery. No additional charge if there is a lift in the building that can be used to take the goods upstairs. If your delivery is extremely difficult, we may ask you to contact a professional removalist to move the piece(s) in.

Q: What do I do with my old Furniture?
A: Our drivers are not insured to move old furniture. If you are a council rate payer most local councils can arrange a kerb side rubbish collection. OR speak to your building manager, they would be able to advise on disposal.  Alternatively, if your old lounge is in good condition, contact one of the many charities to donote it OR sell it on many of the Auction websites.

Q: Can you deliver interstate or out of your normal areas?
A: We only service the areas listed above, however you are welcome to make your own enquiries with a professional furniture removal company to pickup from our warehouse in Chipping Norton and deliver to you.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects.


A few things to keep in mind:

  • You must look after your lounge. Vacuuming the fabric or cleaning and protecting the leather will keep your Comfort Living lounge looking great for years to come. 
  • Soft back cushions will change shape overtime with use (like the pillow you might sleep on). Once a week we recommend plumping up the back cushions so the filling does not compress.
  • Recliners are not toys. Don't let kids operate them without strict supervision. Powered/Electric recliners should not be continuously operated. We recommend turning them off while not in use.
  • Recliner mechanisms and seats are warranted for an occupant weight up to 110kgs.
  • Retain your original order & delivery docket as proof of purchase.


If you ever have an issue, simply contact us and we will arrange an onsite service (within our standard delivery areas).


Q: Why are the prices so cheap?

A: We are the Manufacturer, and the Wholesaler, so when you buy directly from us, the prices are missing the FAT Retail Margin.

Placing an order is easy. We only ask for a 20% deposit and the balance becomes payable on Pickup or Delivery by Cash or Card in our showroom OR to the driver. If picking up using a third party transport the balance is payable by EFT only prior to releasing to the third party. 


We accept orders: 

Online - simply follow the stages above to select 1. Your required configuration, 2. Select your colour, and then any other available options and CLICK Buy Now/Add to Cart. Once in the cart, it will display the total price for your configuration, and if happy to proceed click on the Place Order/Checkout button. If you are creating a custom configuration simply keep adding the pieces from the list to the cart and then Place the order. Once your details are entered you will proceed through the Shipping & Payment pages and finally the Check Order page. Check your order and then click on Confirm Order to submit. You will receive an automatic confirmation and once your order has been processed by a team member we will advise the deposit required. All pages during checkout are Fully encrypted by Geotrust. 


Phone - prepare the following: 1. The model name of the lounge you wish to order 2. The configuration you need eg. 3 seater with end recliners & 2 recliner chairs 3. What you would like the lounge upholstered in eg. fabric, leather where it counts, full leather OR full thick leather 4. The colour 5. Your details - Name, Delivery address, phone number and email address 6. your Visa or Mastercard (if required) to process the deposit
