Mattresses and Mattress Base Delivery Info
We now deliver Mattresses and Mattress Bases for FREE to a wide area of Sydney including out to Penrith, Campbelltown, and Hills district. Also, if you would like to pay on delivery, our driver carries an EFTPOS machine, so you can pay when you get your order! Delivery available 6 Days - Monday to Saturday. We service different areas on different days. We deliver All Over Sydney, Greater Sydney (Penrith, Richmond, Campbelltown), Blue Mts,Wollongong, Central Coast, AND Newcastle.

Q: How long does it take to get a mattress or mattress base delivered once i have ordered it?
A: In Stock Mattresses and Mattress Bases can be delivered on our next available delivery day to your area. We suggest getting your order in as quickly as possible to guarantee you a delivery spot.
Q: How do I know when my mattress or mattress base delivery will occur?
A: Simply enter your postcode in the box at the top of this page "Delivery Info" then click "Check Now" and it will advise which delivery days are available for your postcode. You can advise us which of the available days you prefer on the Shipping page during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate that request. The day before delivery we will call or text you a two-hour delivery window for the following day.
Q: Can you deliver upstairs or is it just to the ground floor?
A: Delivery is to the ground floor. You can request assistance from the driver to help move it upstairs, OR ask them to move it up for you, however there will be a small additional cost involved for that service.Our delivery team will advise the additional cost onsite* (based on the difficulty of the job). No additional cost if there is a lift in the building that can be used to take the goods upstairs.
Q: What do I do with my old Mattress?
A: Our drivers are not insured to move old mattresses. If you are a rate payer most local councils can arrange a rubbish collection. OR speak to your building manager, they would be able to advise on disposal. If you would like to dispose environmentally, you can search "mattress recycling" in google and they can collect your mattress and recycle the materials out of it for a fee.
MATTRESSES, MATTRESS BASES AND BED FRAMES
All Mattress products are covered by a Factory Warranty
Warranty durations vary on mattresses, mattress bases and bedframes. Please see the individual mattress, mattress base or bedframe for the warranty duration.The warranty covers manufacturing defects.Mattresses must be in a sanitary, unstained condition to retain their warranty; hence we highly recommend the use of a good quality mattress protector.
A few things to keep in mind:
Mattress warranties apply so long as the mattress is in a hygienic state and has been rotated every 2 weeks for the first 3 months and then every 3 months thereafter.The following is not covered under warranty:
- Natural wear and tear: if the problem with the mattress comes about from its use rather than from faulty construction or materials. This includes natural weakening of materials, scuffs, scratches, discoloration of the cover (from use or washing), or minor dips, lumps or bunching.
- User-inflicted damage: if you accidentally rip your mattress or cause damage to it in regular use or in moving it. This also includes damage that might be inflicted by a pet or by a child jumping on the mattress,..etc.
- Dissatisfaction with size, feel, comfort or performance of the mattress: the performance of the mattress from the perspective of support or comfort or any issues related to the size or height of the mattress, whether it sleeps hot, whether it permits too much motion transfer, whether it is not comfortable or causes backpain,..etc.
- Body Signature: All mattresses will exhibit body signatures as the mattress upholstery conforms to the body to provide cushioning and comfort. This is not a defect covered by warranty.

It's easy – simply contact our office on 02 9726 9010 from Monday to Friday, and we will take your details and arrange a service call for you. Just be sure to have your receipt handy for warranty verification.
Q: Why are the prices so cheap?
A: We are the Manufacturer, and the Wholesaler, so when you buy directly from us, the prices are missing the FAT Retail Margin.
Placing an order is easy. We only ask for a 20% deposit and the balance becomes payable on Pickup or Delivery by Cash or Card in our showroom OR to the driver. If picking up using a third party transport the balance is payable by EFT only prior to releasing to the third party.
We accept orders:
Online - simply follow the stages above to select 1. Your required configuration, 2. Select your colour, and then any other available options and CLICK Buy Now/Add to Cart. Once in the cart, it will display the total price for your configuration, and if happy to proceed click on the Place Order/Checkout button. If you are creating a custom configuration simply keep adding the pieces from the list to the cart and then Place the order. Once your details are entered you will proceed through the Shipping & Payment pages and finally the Check Order page. Check your order and then click on Confirm Order to submit. You will receive an automatic confirmation and once your order has been processed by a team member we will advise the deposit required. All pages during checkout are Fully encrypted by Geotrust.
Phone - prepare the following: 1. The model name of the lounge you wish to order 2. The configuration you need eg. 3 seater with end recliners & 2 recliner chairs 3. What you would like the lounge upholstered in eg. fabric, leather where it counts, full leather OR full thick leather 4. The colour 5. Your details - Name, Delivery address, phone number and email address 6. your Visa or Mastercard (if required) to process the deposit
