General
The use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • While every effort has been made to ensure the information contained on this site is correct, errors do occur, for which we will not be held liable.
  • All prices quoted, include GST. Savings quoted are based on our recommended retail prices.
  • Delivery is not included in the quoted advertised price.
  • Due to screen calibration, colour samples should only be used as an indication of the colour. The actual colour may vary, and if it is critical, you should request a sample.
  • All products are available to order, but may not necessarily be on display, whether complete or by piece, in our showroom.
  • Information, Pictures, and designs are all subject to Copyright.
  • Dimensions shown are in centimetres, and are indicative only.

Ordering
When placing an order, you agree to the following:

For Mattress Orders:

  1. The total of the order including delivery (if applicable) will be confirmed in the official order confirmation. If there is an error in the confirmation or you would like to make a change, please advise by return email or calling 97269010 as soon as possible.
  2. Payments accepted on delivery or pickup - Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, or Mastercard. The credit card being used, must be presented to our representative. Direct Deposit is accepted, however please ensure that your deposit has sufficient time to clear before pickup or delivery.
  3. We do not accept full payments by Credit card over the phone.
  4. We do not accept cheques of any description on delivery or pickup unless cleared prior to collection.
  5. Sydney Wide deliveries will occur within 7 days.
  6. You have checked that the product is suitable for your needs, as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind.
  7. We do not handle old mattresses. Most local councils or building managers offer a collection service for old furniture.
  8. Occassionally stock runs out due to high demand. In this case, we will offer you the option of waiting or selecting another model.

For Lounges Orders:

  1. For standard orders a 20% deposit is payable within 7 days. Non-standard orders require a larger deposit, which will be advised. The deposit may be paid in person by Cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard, or by phone with your Visa or Mastercard, or by a Direct Deposit.
  2. The balance is payable on delivery or pickup by Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, or Mastercard. The credit card being used, must be presented to our representative. Direct Deposit will be accepted, but only upon verification of the funds been received.
  3. We do not accept full payments by Credit card over the phone.
  4. We do not accept cheques of any description on delivery or pickup unless cleared prior to collection.
  5. Goods ready for pickup or delivery will be stored for up to 14 days, after which storage fees will apply.
  6. Cancellation of Orders that have been produced, but not necessarily despatched, will result in the loss of the deposit.
  7. You have checked that the product is suitable for your needs, as we do not exchange.
  8. Products that are made to order may take up to 6 weeks.

(Please note our definition of a “Standard Order” is any order of a listed item, and in the listed combination, and in the available colours (excludes Flame). Any order that falls outside of this definition is considered as a “Special Order.”)

 

Delivery and Pickup
1. The quoted rates are for ground floor standard deliveries. A standard delivery is the product going through the ground floor main front entrance of the home. Rear entries that do not have clear easy access, as well as multi storey units may be subject to a "small" surcharge. Any surcharge will be advised by the driver onsite prior to delivery.
2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product purchased will fit through the access point.
3. The space where the goods are to be placed, has been cleared.
4. Sorry we are unable to move or dispose of old furniture and mattresses.
5. All deliveries must be receipted, that is, the customer must sign for the goods.
6. If a time is given for delivery, it is only approximate.
7. Multiple products must be delivered to the one location to receive the discounted delivery rate.
8. Large purchases that require multiple deliveries may incur additional fees.
9. Pickup - no responsibility is taken for products that are picked up and signed for as in good condition, and then are subsequently reported as being damaged.
10. The shaded map areas should be used as an indication only, and note that remote areas are automatically excluded.
11. Deliveries are arranged into runs to certain areas, on nominated days between Monday and Saturday and between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Due to high demand, Saturday is limited to Sydney areas.
